Serious concerns have been raised as to why the government did not provide him with adequate security yet held a critical position in the conduct of the August polls.

Msando was the key person in the conduct of a credible election.
His murder throws IEBC int limbo and accusing fingers are pointing at top operatives who are keen on using mannual voting system to allow rigging.
