Breaking News: Madaraka Day celebrations to be held in Kisumu- PS Kibicho announces

Madaraka Day celebrations to be held at the newly-built Jomo Kenyatta International Stadium in Kisumu on June 1, PS Karanja Kibicho announces.

Nairobi County, which has traditionally hosted the national celebration of the National Days was left with only one event per year.

President Kenyatta said the decision was aimed at boosting national cohesion and integration.
