All the police forces on leave from Kilifi County ordered to report back to work latest by this evening. The directive seem aimed at assembling more than enough security personnel for the Monday by-election.
Looks like the local security team is not taking chances after Jubilee team flooded Malindi town with brown envelopes. Local CORD leaders have said the order is meant to intimidate supporters of ODM candidate Willy Mtengo.
