Well, it appears that highly costly (costs oversated due to alleged kickbacks) Medical equipments were not fully purchased by Jubilee government but leased at very exorhobitant prices. It turns out that the Uhuru regime failed to make monthtly payments on time (defaulted) and therefore an interest penality opf 80million has been raised the the American Company General Electric (unnecessary cost that will be paid by tax payers money).
This is a surprise to many Kenyans who falaciously beleived that Jubilee regime had acquired the medical equipments. It even pains more that the equipments are lying idle in Nairobi and have not been taken to hospitals for use.
