COURT OF APPEAL has thrown out NASA’s case on bias citing lack of sufficient evidence to prove Uhuru’s link to Alghurair Printing Company.
This is after president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto threatened the judiciary at their rallies.
They vowed to deal with CJ David Maraga if he didn’t rule in their favor.
The whole ruling now puts the credibility of IEBC and the Judiciary on question during the upcoming General Electionsz
