Kenya has nominated top city lawyer Charles Nyachae as a judge of the East African Court of Justice.
State House Spokesman Manoah Esipisu said Nyachae will be sworn-in at at the EAC Summit in Uganda.
Hon Nyachae is the former chairman of the Committee for the implementation of the Constitution
