For the Chair of KNHRC Kagwiria Mbogori to blame MM for uncooperation shows how stupid she is (no apology). One of the principal things Miguna Miguna is fighting for is his inalienable right to be a Kenyan.
Another thing he is fighting for is a court order which ordered he be facilitated a safe entry together with a Kenyan Passport to Kenya.
The man has on principal refused any illegal shortcut to those two legal demands. But people like the lady at the helm of KNHRC wants Miguna Miguna to accept taking a Visa (an acceptance that he is not Kenyan) to enter Kenya.
That is BS!!!!!!! She also thinks a court order instructing Immigration Directorate to provide Miguna with a Kenyan passport should be shelved. Silly lady for a person who should stand for the rights of Kenyans. I am hopeful the general shall emerge victorious at the end of this.
