The CS was tasked by the MPs whether the subdivision schemes was registered?
Farida said upon payment and approval of the subdivision scheme, the onus was Afrison Export Import Limited, to take the next steps to have the subdivision scheme surveyed and registered with the director of surveys.
she added that according to the Directorate of survey. Afrison Export Import and Hueland Limited did not apply nor did they ask for a survey. Had they done this it would have resulted in new numbers from the subdivided plots.
CS Karoney finally said the land had as of1984, declined the conditions imposed. Rather. they cancelled their application, once this was done, the land remained intact.
