The lacuna in the law over over appointments of Deputy Governors in case one dies or resigns has been handled by the court of appeal.
The Apex court has settled the matter and further instructed County bosses without DGs to nominate individuals within 14 day after which the respective assemblies will have 60 days to approve or reject the nominees.
In respect to the same, Nairobians have burdened themselves with the task of choosing a DG they deem suitable to deputize Sonko and social media has nominated award winning business woman Anne Kagure.
