It’s laughable and extremely absurd to learn that DP William Ruto promised Baringo County MCAs Kshs.4 M each to reject the BBI amendment Bill.
What shocks me is that, Ruto hasn’t fulfilled his promise and now Baringo MCAs are requesting for the second chance to pass the Bill. Baringo MCAs want to be part of the wheel driving this nation forward.
William Ruto is trying all means to disapprove Gideon Moi, he’s forgetting that it wasn’t a competition between him and Gideon.
If competition is anything to go by, then Gideon Moi won all the counties in Rift Valley, including Baringo County which is currently begging for second chance.
