Narc Kenya leader and former Kirinyaga County gubernatorial candidate Martha Karua has accused Ruto of rigging the 2017 governor race in favor of incumbent Anne Waiguru.
Karua revealed this when she appeared to re-testify in her petition challenging the win of Waiguru where she revealed that senior security officials from DP’s office were deployed in the County to interfere with polls in favor of Jubilee candidate.
Mwea West OCPD Swaleh Kiptoo was mentioned as having organized a secret meeting at a Girl’s school in the County where illegal dealing pertaining to he polls were finessed. The meeting was attended by Waiguru’s running mate and the County Returning officer something Karua says “shocked me as I thought IEBC Official are supposed to be neutral.”
A Mr. Lelasang an alleged top official in DP’s office led the irregular actions according to the lawyer.
