A newly recruited District Officer based in Nairobi’s Makadara District has been banned from stepping inside a popular joint in Nairobi West due to his uncouth behaviors when drunk.
The District Officer who is popular known as Jackbauer Letangule is accused of harassing people in various clubs in Nairobi West. Letangule brags that he is untouchable because he sits both in the security and intelligence committees in Nairobi County.
The DO who comes from the minority Ilchamus community also publicly claims he’s so powerful. In the latest incident which led to his ouster from the night club in Nairobi West, the DO loudly claimed that no one can touch him in Nairobi since he’s among the 3 District officers who were posted to Nairobi out of the 714 District Officers recruited 4 months ago.
The Provincial Administrator further claimed that his godfather in the Office of the President will protect him anytime he’s in trouble. This angered revellers at the joint leading to his physical ejection by the club’s management.
