It now appears that super governor Isaac Ruto is not taking any chance after AP Police lobbed a tear gas canister on his face. In yesterday’s grand homecoming after undergoing a successful operation in South Africa the governor seemed to be on guard by about 10 men dressed in smart dark blue (black) suits.
