Homa Bay Governor Cyprian Awiti’s has lost his seat after the petition of his election was nullified by the court citing the elections were not credible.
The Kisumu court of Appeal has ruled on the same after Awiti challenged the High Court’s decision to nullify his election in favor of Oyugi Magwanga, a candidate of the gubernatorial seat.
