Mombasa Governor HE Ali Hassan Joho has become the first Governor to implement return to work formula to end the doctors strike completely.
A statement on the governor’s official Facebook page conforms he has agreed for a return to work formula with striking doctors, they will be paid the pending salaries and will not be victimised.

Therefore,while cognizant of the Council of Governors position, I agree with a directive by our party leader to implement the Return To Work Formula fully with no victimisation.
