SHAME: Hon Duale Attempt to CREDIT Uhuru with Raila’s Garissa Power Project BACKFIRES BADILY

Majority Leader Aden Duale is a master of fantastical ravings. Look at his May 1st Facebook post.

For three years now, the Jubilee administration has thrived on governance by public relations and lies. They have yet to fulfill any of their key manifesto pledges.

In their latest shameful spin, Aden Duale has taken it upon himself to use social media to give his government undue credit by feeding the public half truths and empty spin which cannot hold when cross-checked against easily available FACTS and practical REALITY.

Duale shamelessly credits the Jubilee Government with a major electrification project at Garissa in a lengthy Facebook post. But facts at KETRACO, KPLC and with archives of the Office of the Prime Minister indicate that Raila Odinga intervened after a visit to Garissa in 2009 after persistent power problem in Garissa and it’s environs. At that time, Duale was a rebel ODM MP to notice anything.

Today he wants to credit the non-performing Jubilee government with KENTRACO Garissa project which started in the beginning of FY 2011/2. EIA was completed in Jan 2010. That period found Duale singing Kenyan national anthem on the streets of the Hague.

This was a Raila project and Kenyans should know, neither Uhuru nor Ruto has capability, capacity nor the will to formulate such large infrastructural projects as the Uganda oil pipeline debacle demonstrates.
