Jubilee Nominated member of parliament Maina Kamanda has been taken to court for allegedly failing to provide support for a child he sired out of wedlock.
The woman alleges that Hon Kamanda had been supporting them but he became elusive a month after the baby was born
“ Hon Maina Kamanda discontinued offering any form of monetary support, leaving us in abject poverty,” claims the mother in court papers.
