Long standing ODM and CORD lawyer who also a leading aspirant for the Mathare parliamentary seat on ODM ticket in 2017 Wakili Anthony Oluoch has been summoned to Pangani Police station on Monday 17th Oct at 10am on allegations of forming and arming a militia. The allegations are unfounded and politically motivated a well calculated strategy to use state security to intimidate opposition activists.
These allegations are fronted by current Mathare MP who is facing the prospect of being a one – term MP after he defected to Jubilee but still retain ODM ticket.
This is an appeal to our supporters to please join us in solidarity on Monday to lend moral support to Wakili Oluoch who is obviously being targetted for being an unyielding supporter of the Rt. Hon Raila Odinga.
The CORD coalition team of advocates is requested to meet at Capitol Hill Square at 8am on Monday to prepare and proceed to Pangani police station
