How FORD-Kenya has been reduced to a briefcase party by Wetangula

Date:

THE RESOLUTIONS OF THE FORD KENYA MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING WHICH WAS HELD ON 20TH OF JULY 2021 AT MASH HOTEL IN NAIROBI.

Although Wetangula went to court as the complainant,as the plaintiff over his dismissal by the National Executive Council(NEC),he has not been willing to pursue the conclusion of this matter.Because,he enjoys those conservatory orders.

The last NDC that was held by FORD Kenya was in 2011,therefore the subsequent one ought to have been held in 2015,and after 2015,another one ought to have been held in 2019,in a four year circle.

Now we are in 2021,basically we have not had the NDC for 10 years.So those in office are there illegally and therefore we want to remedy that situation.

We have discussed the way forward we are going to deal with these issue as new officials who were given the mandate on 31th of May 2020.

This meeting has also resolved that;

1. Members of the party go to the NDC urgently and get new office bearers.

2. The new team of office bearers should have headquarters in Nairobi.This is also a matter of urgency.Our party is operating as a briefcase outfit because since the lapse of the lease agreement with the owner of the previous headquarters,we do not have the headquarters right now.

Thank and may God bless you.

Signed by

Dr.Eseli Simiyu

FORD Kenya Secretary General

Ambassador Wafula Wamunyinyi

FORD Kenya Interim Party Leader.
