Ruiru Jubilee party MP aspirant Hon Isaac Mwaura was on Tuesday injured during a bloody confrontation with youth allegedly allied to his opponent Simon Kang’ara at Kiuu in Githurai.
Pictures posted on Facebook showed the nominated MP with a chopped left ear and the windows of his four-wheel drive vehicle shattered.
Reports had earlier indicated that the wound was caused by a bullet after the MP’s car was allegedly shot at.
