Jubilee Rigging Mistress triggers major revolt against IEBC Chief Chiloba
IEBC commissioners are up in arms and up to 40,800 IEBC presiding officers are on the verge of revolting against IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba in his manoeuvres with Jubilee to infiltrate the IEBC and have ruling coalition almost total control field operations.
Together with Jubilee Party Deputy Chief Agent Winnie Guchu, Chiloba is being accused of leading a conspiracy to leak personal contacts of all 40,800 Presiding Officer so that they are treated by state machinery ahead of the general election.
This reporter interviewed several IEBC insiders who confirmed this worrying development.
Chiloba has instructed some IEBC Presiding Officers to report turnout every 3 hours to Jubilee Headquarters. This plan is so as to enable some of the Presiding Officers be turned into Uhuru agents to enable Jubilee instruct some PO to;
1. Delay transmission of results to enable Jubilee see how results are trending and top up or tamper to balance
2. To instruct some specific POs to extend voting time past 6pm to enable Jubilee study trends from opposition zones and see how to intervene
Emerging encouraging news indicates that Commissioners and many well trained Presiding Officers are resistant this new channel of reporting to Winnie Guchu (who is responsible to rigging 2013 Kenyan election as well as the Zambian Election where she was a consultant donated by Jubilee to the ruling party. Remember Zambia also used Al Ghurair to produce ballot papers.
