Raila Odinga MUST be smiling today. Not because Waiguru has mentioned the people she ‘ate’ the NYS with or shared the loot with, but because the TRUTH is finally out. He has simply been vindicated.
The people who insulted him when he raised the issue of theft in the NYS are now a disgruntled lot. They are slowly being consumed by the truth and fast getting crushed down by their under-the-table deeds.
When Mr. Odinga blew the whistle about the theft of hundreds of millions of shillings meant for the hardworking youths in the NYS, the young boys and girls who are subjected to work in the scorching sun in the name of ‘huduma kwa taifa’, he was insulted by the very MEN who are now falling over themselves after Anne Waiguru mentioned their names so boldly, frankly and fearlessly in her affidavit.
After all he said and the evidence he gave, Mr. Odinga is now doing what the great American Baseball player and coach Yogi Berra said “You can observe a lot by watching”. The chickens are coming back home to roost.
