In Meru, all was well for senator Kiraitu Murungi until he urged locals to keep off Raila NASA. Hon Kiraitu was shouted down and humiliated after he tried to persuade the masses not to vote for Raila NASA in the coming August polls
The locals took matters personal and heckled him forcing him to cut short his speech. Hon Maoka Maore quickly took over the microphone from Kiraitu as the crowds chanted NASA! NASA !NASA! baying for senator Kiraitu’s political blood.
Senator Kiraitu later left the venue of the rally in total shame and embarassment. At this rate Meru is moving from being a swing vote county to NASA stronghold.
