The biggest problem with my friend Miguna Miguna is that he does not listen. I have talked to all his lawyers. Contrary to what they are saying in public, in private they have given him the right advice but he wont listen (I dare them to contradict me) . So Wuod Nyando has 3 options
Option 1
Fill in and sign the citizenship regularisation papers. Send them to Kenya. I hereby offer myself to take them to Nairobi and bring them back here in Dubai, process his exit visa and return with him back to Kenya.
Option 2
Proceed with his flight to Nairobi but pre-sign his instant visa application form and surrender his Canadian Passport to the authorities. This way he can be in Runda tomorrow afternoon
Option 3:
Prepare to be holed up in his Dubai hotel for the next 36 months. These guys have the money to keep you around for that long
