Is there an evil plan to create a cholera outbreak in Nairobi to sabotage the Nairobi City County Government?
Well, on Friday morning a gang of notorious sewer suckers were caught on camera disposing raw sewer along Southern bypass near Kibra.
In a shocking incident, a senior police officer believed to be in the rank of OCS or OCPD was supervising the illegal act that could lead to an outbreak of the deadly killer water borne disease!in the city.
Last year Cholera killed dozens of people in Nairobi.
Cholera was also reported at Deputy President William Ruto’s, Weston Hotel last year. But detectives believe the incident was a sabotage plot by business or political rivals of the DP.
