STATEMENT ON FRAUDULENT VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT
It has come to our attention that a number of our supporters and the general public have been receiving communication from persons purporting to work from the ODM National Secretariat recruiting them as volunteers at a fee.
The ODM wants the public to know that the people involved, namely, Dan Mutai alias Samuel Wandabi and Josephine Kathuri do not work at ODM National Secretariat neither are they employees of the ODM.
The ODM Party Volunteer Policy under the membership and mobilization directorate DOES NOT require any fee payments to be an ODM Volunteer or agent.
The ODM Party does not operate any Telegram account. Our official social Media handles are @TheODMparty (Twitter) and Chungwa Moja – ODM (Facebook). ODM SMS channel can be subscribed to by sending the word ODM to 20636.
