INVITATION TO MEDIA CONFERENCE;
Hon Raila Odinga will hold a media briefing tomorrow, October 10, 2016, to discuss a secretive World Bank-funded Jubilee Government project that technical evaluations indicate has the capacity to turn large sections of the country into a desert within five years of implementation.
The project, which Jubilee has never listed among its achievements and has never been launched publicly, has proceeded under a shroud of secrecy despite protests from host communities, affected counties and religious leaders
The briefing will take place at the Capitol Hill Square at 11 am.
