President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed David Ndegwa Wachira, chairman Higher Education Loans Board (Helb) for a period of two years.
David Ndegwa Wachira is the Board Chairman Higher Education Loans Board of Directors. He holds a B.Sc from University of Nairobi; an M.Sc. (Economics and Business management) and Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural Economics both from the University of New England, Australia and a graduate in Finance and Banking form Cornell University Ithaca, USA where he studied as a Hubert H Humphrey Scholar.
