Government is on the spot after sending 9 Kikuyus out of 10 Assistant County Commissioners to China for training.
According to sources from the Ministry, China had offered to train 10 Assistant County Commissioners, it is now alleged that a very senior government official picked 9 Kikuyus and 1 Luo to travel to China for the 3 months long training.
