In the spirit of Easter, CORD leader Raila Odinga yesterday 26th March brokered a truce between Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya and FORD-K Party Leader Moses Wetang’ula over the latter’s controversial presidential launch slated for Kakamega ‘s historic Muliro Grounds on 2nd April.
Raila met with Kakamega County governor Wycliff Oparanya together with Butere MP Andrew Toboso and Siaya Senator James Aggrey Orengo at Opoda farm in Bondo Siaya County today and resolved the launch will be done under the auspices of CORD coalition and that the coalition needed to forge a united front in order to tackle it’s immediate challenges such as the IEBC Okoa Kenya problem.
