ELECTORAL FRAUD SOLUTION ISN’T COURT
Supreme Court of Kenya petition filing expected ! Those interested can go ahead !!! Patriotic Kenyans under NASA passed this bridge !! Let us use other innovative bridges at least for now !!
But the Kenyan problem on electoral fraud lies elsewhere not in the courts !!!
Maraga did his part , I don’t see why individuals and institutions should be troubling SCOK Judges once more !!! Let’s be genuine for once !!
The Court can’t sort out the mess !! The court only did a wonderful thing by identifying the existence of gaps !! The court gave exhibits of years of Presidential electoral fraud which has always been buried in denial !! Electoral gaps / fraud can’t be fixed in court but elsewhere !!
Maraga Court can’t fix tribal self entitlement to leadership (Presidential Election) but other imaginable mechanisms of resolving conflicts can !!! The Electoral fraud in Kenya is more of a moral than a legal question / problem !!! Why trouble Maraga et al again ? He did his job !! Some other non legal parameters messed the poll !!
The end to Kenyan electoral fraud lies outside the courts !! Let’s be genuine by looking around ourselves to sort out the evil !!! This must be done before it consumes us in total !! Thanks you NRM for being innovative towards ending electoral fraud !!! This is where the solution lies ! Our founding fathers messed with Kenyan foundation at the construction stage !!! The foundation must be genuinely redone !! #Resist
