Raila Odinga and his CORD co principals Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula today joined Governor Hassan Joho, Governor Amazon Kingi, Senators Juma Boy Juma, Steward Madizayo, 6 Coast Members of parliament and other leaders in a Malindi court where they successfully obtained a court order that bars Police and state agents from harassing Coast leaders.
The judiciary upheld the constitution and justice prevailed as it issued a court order to protect Coast ODM members from continued harassment and victimization by State machinery.
After Justice Chitembe issued the order, together with the Cord principals and the people of Malindi we served it to the Malindi police.
