Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has once again shocked many by picking a young team of professionals to handle his communication and political affairs dockets.
Media Max news Editor Job Mwaura has been named as the Director of Communication in the Governor’s Press Service to be deputized by Richard Bosire a news Editor at Royal Media Services.
Sonko has also picked Mukami Kamau to be the County Public Communication Director and she’ll be deputized by Elkana Jacob a Mombasa based writer for the Star newspaper.
Sarah Ndungu of The People Daily will be the media liaison officer in the newly formed Sonko communication team while John Maina is the Head of Social Media.
Ben Mulwa a former politician and who unsuccessfully attempted to vie for the presidency in 2013 will be the Governor’s Personal Assistant while City businessman Pius Njeru is Sonko’s Personal Secretary.
Youthful Political Scientist Onchari Oyieko will be Sonko’s Political advisor in the new appointments.
