CS Wamalwa is in charge of Water and irrigation, he should strive to make sure Nairobians have clean water in abundance now that he wants to be governor, he should demonstrate his prowess in service delivery instead of dogging Margret Wanjiru
While CS Eugene is clearly contraving the constitution by engaging in politics while in office as CS, senator Sonko is giving temporary solutions to the current water crisis being experienced in the city.
