Fellow Kenyans, i have today afternoon talked to Geoffrey Kiplagat, Justice Tunoi’s accuser using my high intelligence network and I know where he is currently hiding. Mr. Kiplagat has told me that he appeared before the JSC Committee investigating Tunoi on Monday and Tuesday this week.
Mr. Kiplagat informed me that he mentioned Njoki Ndungu and Rawal as the two ladies who were bribed. Kiplagat was re-called on Tuesday by the committee again to shade more light on the two ladies and he specifically clarified who the two ladies were. He mentioned Njoki and Rawal.
JSC should make full disclosure to the public on their findings. JSC cannot purport to be fighting corruption in the Supreme Court when they are covering up for other judges that are adversely mentioned. Why are they protecting Njoki and Rawal?
