DP William Ruto found himself in an awkward position yesterday when he took to the podium only to be met by disgruntled Jubilee delegates who heckled him with chants of PESA! PESA! PESA!
The DP was forced to invoke Uhuru’s name to calm the delegates, he promised to make sure they are sorted. Most delegates had spend a night in the streets after they were abandoned by regional Kingpins.
