Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has dared former Devolution Cabinet Secretary (CS) Anne Waiguru to produce evidence to prove his complicity in National Youth Service (NYS) saga.
Speaking in Kolowa, Elgeyo Marakwet during the launch of the Kazi kwa Vijana programme, Senator Murkomen said the claims by Waiguru dragging his name intinto the multi-million scam were false and diversionary.
