Watching what President Uhuru Kenyatta went through in London, what comes to mind are lethal dictators like Kim Jong 1, Omar Al Bashir, Bashir All Assad, Raul Castro, Hugo Chavez and of course the retired Robert Mugabe.
Their brutal and inhumane assertions of power left millions dead in their wake but isn’t different with what happened in Kenya.Was it the right time for London to invite him when he’s yet to address the atrocities committed by his regime on the people of Kenya?.
Jubilee regime ignored democracy, furthered corruption and oppression and turned to an authoritarian regime stealing elections at will . Uhuru’s leadership failed to deliver in Kenya, period!.
Ruto must learn some lessons on Uhuru’s tribulations in London and know that similar scenarios are in the offing for him in major World cities in a more worse situation.
Ruthlessness and benevolent dictatorship is the wishful thinking.
