Bundalangi MP Ababu Namwamba is shamelessly hypocritical when he “faults Raila for attending thanksgiving rallies” for Mama Florence Mutua-Waingah and the rest of the #Pangani Six; and conveniently forget that three years ago he was expressing DEEP APPRECIATION (his emphasis) to Party Leader Raila Odinga for attending his own thanksgiving rally. So what is wrong this time around? Peer envy or just deep-seated jealousy on the very able, popular and active Busia women representative!
Political leadership demand sincerity and integrity. To those who previously held Ababu Namwamba in high esteem, it ended in disappointment and disaster following his digraceful ouster from the Public Accounts Committee leadership.
As time goes by, it is becoming pertinently clearer to all that Ababu’s politics is convoluted, incoherent, inconsistent, selfish and yes, downright hypocritical. Ababu’s politics is modeled to suit his sociopathic dreams. His posturing and public pronouncements now betray a sense of deeply lacerating discomfiture at a self-besmirched integrity.
