Opposition Leader Rt Hon Raila Odinga will travelled to Israel last evening, 5th March 2016 for a one week visit during which he will address the first Africa and Israel Policy and Leadership Conference that kicks off on Monday 7th March and ends on 10th March 2016.
Raila is set address the conference on the subject of Governance in Africa.
The Conference will take place at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. It is organized jointly by the Harry S. Truman Research Institute for the Advancement of Peace, the Africa Centre for Peace and Democracy and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
The Conference will feature sessions on Governance, Education, Sustainability, the Middle East and Public Diplomacy to be addressed by various African and Israeli leaders.
Prime Minister Raila is accompanied by Senators Dr Agnes Zani and Prof Anyang Nyongo.
